Acceptance of terms Welcome to Ultrapel. This website, ultrapel.shop (the "Site"), and the products sold through it are operated by Grimeo ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Eligibility & account You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to purchase from the Site. You may create an optional account to manage your orders and addresses. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account.

Products & pricing We make every effort to display our products and prices accurately. Colours, finishes, and product photography are shown as faithfully as possible but may vary slightly from the physical item. Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and may change without notice. Promotional pricing applies only while displayed and may be limited per customer. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock shortages.

Orders & payment Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We confirm acceptance by email once your payment has been processed. Payment is collected at checkout through our payment processors (Shopify Payments, PayPal, and any others shown at checkout). You authorise us to charge your selected payment method for the order total, including taxes and shipping where applicable. Orders can be changed or cancelled within one (1) hour of being placed. After that, the order is passed to our fulfilment partner and any cancellation is handled through our refund process.

Shipping Orders are shipped from our fulfilment centre. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Shipping is free on all orders within the United States. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

Returns & refunds Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In short: Ultrapel is backed by a 90-day money-back guarantee.

12-month warranty Every Ultrapel unit is covered against manufacturing defects for twelve (12) months from the date of delivery. Warranty claims must include your original order number. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, modification, accidents, or normal wear.

Product nature & claims Ultrapel is a chemical-free ultrasonic pest deterrent designed to help make your home a less welcoming environment for common household pests, as a complement to good hygiene. It is not a licensed pesticide and is not a guaranteed treatment for an established infestation. Results vary between homes. For serious or established infestations, we recommend consulting a licensed pest-control professional.

Intellectual property All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, product photography, videos, and the "Ultrapel" name — is owned by Grimeo or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any of it without our prior written permission.

User content You may submit reviews, comments, photos, and other content ("User Content"). By submitting it, you grant Grimeo a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with the operation and marketing of the Site. You confirm you own or have the rights to any User Content you submit.

Prohibited uses When using the Site, you agree not to: violate any law; infringe intellectual-property rights; submit false or fraudulent information; upload malicious code; attempt unauthorised access to the Site or our systems; harass or harm others; or resell Ultrapel products without our written authorisation.

Disclaimers The Site and products are provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Grimeo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of profit or revenue, arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Governing law These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence apply. Disputes fall under the competent courts of the Netherlands, subject to those mandatory consumer rules.
